Cilantro Lime Grilled Chicken

Method

Grilling
(or boneless, skinless thighs)
(freshly squeezed)
minced
finely chopped
(garlic honey is so good for this)
cut into wedges for serving
(Optional: Splash of fish sauce (it won’t make it taste fishy, but it will add an awesome depth of flavor to the marinade, try a little bit of the marinade with some fish sauce added to see if you like it!))
Steps
  1. 1

In a bowl, combine oil, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper, paprika, and honey for the marinade.

  2. 2

Add the chicken to the mixture and allow to marinate for 2 hours.

  3. 3

Grill chicken 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Serve with a wedge of lime to squeeze over the cooked chicken and garnish with more cilantro if desired.
