Method
Slice the orange and lemon and place them across the bottom of an oven dish. Lay the cod fillets on top.
Mix olive oil, parsley, chili flakes, paprika, garlic powder, salt and lemon juice. Brush the sauce over both sides of the fish.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190ยฐC (fan) for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the bรฉchamel: melt the butter, add the flour and stir well. Gradually add the milk while stirring continuously. Season with nutmeg and salt, and cook until smooth and thick.
Steam broccoli and cauliflower on the side.
Serve the fish with the vegetables and drizzle with bรฉchamel.
